Pumpkins...
Well usually for Halloween we go to a pumpkin patch and pick out pumpkins well this year we had fourteen pumpkins in our garden we were so excited so the kids got to pick out the pumpkins just out of the garden and they loved it. We also decided to let the kids paint their pumpkins instead of carving they really liked doing that, we just let them so whatever they wanted and any color so we put paint shirts on and let them get to it. I invited my family over and we had homemade pizza and pumpkin chocolate chip bread it was alot of fun we love doing things for the holidays and eating good food and having good company.

Family Pictures
I have to say this has been a lot of fun getting ready for our family pictures this year it has been two years since we have had a family picture done so I was really excited about getting all the colors right for the outfits and making sure everything went together, I have a great friend who did an amazing job on our pictures. The kids did a great job even though it wasn't their favorite thing we did it without shedding any tears which is good for us so here is a few that our my favorite.

First day of Kindergarten and Pre-School...
As a lot of you know my sweet darling angel Laney get a little nervous okay ALOT nervous about new things. Even having two years of pre-school she still was not very excited about going to kindergarten. We had tears and we had smiles all at the same time trying to be brave but when we got there it was all tears. I was brave and didn't shed a tear cause I knew it would make it worse I just gave her a hug and told her I would be back to pick her up, the next stop was the pre-school for the boys I man I think I was the only one nervous about them going they are sweet and then they are not so sweet I just wanted them to show Mrs. Long there sweet side when I dropped them off I was waiting to get some papers from Mrs. Long when Isaac looked right up at me and said,"Mom when are you going to leave?" I wanted to cry I knew they wouldn't care that I was there or cry but they could at least said I love you mom don't go but no not those two anyway when I picked Laney up it was all smiles and she couldn't wait to go back I was so excited for her and she has a great teacher. The boys well they just didn't even care they got in the care and said it was fun and that was about the extent of it. In the morning when we were taking pictures Maya did not want to be left out so we had to take her picture as well for the first day of school.

The Month of August overload...
Well the month of August was a very busy month. The first weekend Brant's brother Spencer and his family came to visit and of course I forgot my camera but we had lots of fun we started by going bowling and dinner and then the next day we had a movie/game night and then we went to ross park in Pocatello. We were very tired and worn out but we had tons of fun. The next weekend of August we had our annual Sautter Family Vacation and we went to Bear Lake again. We went to the Minnatonka Caves which was really cool the kids really liked it and then we went to the little Bear Lake Hot springs to swim. We then went to Bear Lake to the same beach spot and Hillary and I built our first sandcastle together I think we did a really good job. When we got home from that Brant had to go to Utah for work and then got home the day before the boys 4th birthday. So we then celebrated the boys birthday and then are so into Star Wars lately that we just had to get a Star Wars cake they got lots of fun stuff. Three days after their birthday Brant had to go to Huntington Beach California for work and we were able to go with him 14 hrs in the car but we had a great time at the beach and swimming at our hotel the kids were a little cautious about the ocean but we were still able to have a good time making sandcastles and playing in the sun. We got back Saturday just in time for the first day of School. We have had a busy month but it was well worth it.
